Event Structure

Retail World consists of a large scale two-day conference, with an international keynote plenary session on the first morning and parallel 'Management' and 'Technology' streams in the afternoon. The second day features a morning plenary of retailer keynotes, afternoon parallel 'Management' and 'Technology' streams, culminating in the plenary ‘Big Finish’ - a powerful roundtable assessing the key elements of retail excellence.

An intimate showcase exhibition area with a limited number of exhibition stands is located directly outside the conference room.

The showcase area also hosts the networking and catering area so that delegates are enclosed and channeled in manner conducive to executive networking.
